"Sanctified"

Junk food keeps us
temporarily satisfied,
but the health of our hearts
have been deceived and deep fried.
If we want the living
bread of life inside,
we first have to swallow
our selfish pride.
Daily we fail to measure up
even though we really tried,
He sticks by us unconditionally
in our heart and by our side.
The only sacrificial lamb
that was truly justified,
for you and me is the reason
that he willingly died.

John 6:33-35
For the bread of God is he who comes down from heaven and gives life to the world.
"Sir," they said, "from now on give us this bread." Then Jesus declared, "I am the
bread of life. He who comes to me will never go hungry, and he who believes in me
will never be thirsty."
