Is
this how you feel some days?
Chasing a light around all day, but
not really accomplishing anything?
Most of us
lead busy lives. Some of it is out of
necessity, and the rest is mostly self-inflicted.
When we are over-committed, our priorities get
confused, we can lose direction, and sometimes
lose control of our surroundings.
We chase dreams, fame, money, love, kids,
balls, and loose dogs, but they are usually just
out of reach.
There IS one light that we CAN and SHOULD
chase. One that has a purpose in catching it. One
that can make a difference once we take hold of it.
There are two
types of light:
1. The world of lights -
2. The light of the world -

John
8:12
When Jesus spoke again to the people, he said, "I am
the light of the world. Whoever follows me will never
walk in darkness, but will have the light of life."
John 12:46
"I have come into the world as a light, so that no one
who believes in me should stay in darkness."
2 Corinthians 4:6
For God, who said, "Let light shine out of darkness",
made his light shine in our hearts to give us the light
of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face
of Christ.
1 John 1:7
But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light,
we have fellowship with one another, and the blood
of Jesus, his Son, purifies us from all sin.
Matthew 6:33,34A
But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness,
and all these things will be given to you as well.
Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for
tomorrow will worry about itself.
